Here are some pictures of the new CROSSWIND RUNWAY. The runway was installed on 10-4-10. There was a good turnout of volunteers thanks to all the volunteers that helped. Click on picture to enlarge.

For all you Lockheedians..  Bernard has a picture of the YO-3 Quiet Star flown in Vietnam. Side note: nine of the eleven planes built flew in Nam and didn't take a round and none were shot down. The plane fulfilled its mission of "Low, Slow and Quiet" very well. The planes were painted black and flew at night to track enemy troop movements.
